SUMMER BASEBALL & SOFTBALL
The Summer Baseball program is a travel format that may include FTBL District teams from ages 7 thru 15. Team tryouts are held for each age group: 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, & 15U. Player selection is at the discretion of team manager and coaches. Only players who play in the spring baseball are eligible to tryout for the summer district teams. The season typically starts around mid June and extends until the end of July. Majority of tournaments are weekend tournaments. Each team chose its own tournaments to play except for one mandatory tournament - a USABL Fundraiser tournament - that all FTBL teams must play in. This tournament is played at the FTBL complex.
For ages 16 and above, there are two programs: Summer 16-18 league, and Summer 18-30 Adult Wood bat league
